For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "li777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the li777 platform, accessible at li777.vu, and the entity operating it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the li777 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the li777 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the li777 platform, linked to a verified Philippine identity and a PHP wallet.
• "PHP Wallet" refers to the internal Philippine Peso balance held within a player's li777 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or reload amounts credited to a player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and address confirmation, required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the li777 platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

• You have not previously had an Account on li777 that was terminated for violations of these Terms.

li777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by li777 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the li777 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number for SMS verification. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and you agree to update it promptly if any details change.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, li777 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) and, where required, proof of address. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

li777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obligated to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your li777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. li777 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication via the Account security settings after completing your li777 login.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. li777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify li777 support immediately. li777 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

All deposits on li777 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). li777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your PHP Wallet upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the time of submission.

li777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and match the identity on your li777 Account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

li777 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual Accounts for responsible gaming purposes or in response to regulatory requirements. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via their Account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed in PHP and paid to a payment method registered in your own name. li777 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all li777 promotional offers include:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds not utilised within the validity period will be forfeited.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

li777's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in regulated studio environments and are subject to real-time oversight.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, li777 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's PHP Wallet. li777's decision regarding technical disputes is final.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the li777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content on the li777 platform — including but not limited to the li777 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of li777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of li777.

li777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

li777 collects personal data including identification documents, contact details, transaction records, and device/session information for purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering obligations, and improvement of the Platform experience.

li777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

li777's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your li777 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. li777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game thereon. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which li777 accepts no liability.

li777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, li777 will provide notice to registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any funds in your PHP Wallet at the time of Account closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 7.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the li777 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact li777 support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. li777 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) business days.

li777 operates within a PAGCOR licensing context. Disputes relating to game integrity or regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
